Return Policy

At error, we pride ourselves on offering only the best when it comes to our products and service. That’s why our return policy lasts up to 30 days! You can return a product within 30 days after receiving your item, and we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition you received it, with tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition. Please provide your proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return.

Important: Do not send your parcel back to the manufacturer. Buyers will bear all return costs to our merchants, and a valid tracking number is required for the parcel. We are not responsible for any parcel lost in transit if no tracking is available.

Non-returnable/Non-refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers
  • Incorrectly purchased items
  • Items in good condition
  • Correctly delivered items
  • Items damaged through customer mishandling

Damaged Goods Policy

If your item is damaged during transit, please email us with proof of the damage (pictures/videos) at error. We require these videos/images to assess the damage and offer you appropriate options. In most cases, we will provide a replacement for the damaged goods.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but it should only take a few days.

Our 30-day No Questions Asked Refund Policy applies to purchases made through this method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after a week, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is completed.

Cancellations

We offer a full refund if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, you will need to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
